This program can be run as a series of half days or full days. It’s been designed to ensure there is a break between sessions so participants have the opportunity for reflection and to practice what they have learnt back in their workplace and also report back to the group about what they learnt – ensuring implementation and accountability.


Our interactive series of workshops include:

  • A “Leadership Laboratory” – a small group, peer mentoring activity.  Each group workshops and agrees on the core leadership behaviours they want to demonstrate beyond the program.

  • A buddy and mentor component – participants are matched with both a buddy and a mentor prior to the program who they will connect with through the leadership program journey.

  • Practical leadership skill sessions – as well as our core program content we have a menu of additional leadership skills sessions that you will choose from to meet the development needs of your staff. These include: coaching skills for leaders, developing emotional intelligence, neuroleadership, how to have a difficult conversation, courage and resilience, leading change, understanding your strengths and how to communicate for personal and team success, understanding conflict and how to work with different personalities, connecting to your values for success, understanding teams, understanding self-talk and how to better lead yourself to perform, and much more!
